Departments

Compliance
and Legal Affairs
-
makes necessary investigations to assist in the
resolution of disputes arising from off-exchange transactions among its members
or between its members and investors.

investigates and reports the discipline files in accordance with
the Discipline Rules and Regulations.

provides legal advisory services to other departments,
General Secretariat and the Board of Directors.

conducts necessary legal investigations about the
applications and complaints made to the Association.

prepares the drafts of the Internal Regulations of the
Association and makes proposals for changes in the existing Regulations.

conducts research on legal matters and the Capital Market
Law.

monitors professional developments, changes in rules and
regulations and informs its members.

represents the Association in the resolution of disputes
related with the Association.

identifies the problems of the capital markets and provides
solution proposals.

carries out studies in assisting opinion or policy
formation by the Association when requested by official institutions.

publishes research studies to enhance the development of the

follows the developments in the international capital
markets and informs its members.

commissions on capital markets.
